Payment must be made at the time of consultation and treatment.  Where payment is not made at the time, we reserve the right to add on late payment fees at 20%, along with a £25 admin fee.  Where any treatment costs and fees incurred remain unpaid, we reserve the right to refer these to our debt collectors, and you will be liable for any further fees incurred on their behalf.
